We all are aware that skin is an important organ of our beauty. It not only enhances our outer look, but also creates a feel of confidence within us which in turn helps any individual to reach their goal with a good result.Skin grows in pace with our age and hence requires an extra care for it plays an important role in protecting our body from harmful effects of the environment. The human dermis is such that it’s soft and tender when born and gradually gains immunity as one grows. Therefore, it is very important to take care of the skin according to the age.
Age of 20’s: At this age one should very much focus on skin to prevent the future damage of the skin. One should always make a habit to apply sunscreen on all the exposed parts of the body. Moisturizingskin should also be made the essential activity for skin care. Exfoliating the skin is also very important as it will help in getting rid of the dead skin. So, taking care of the skin at the age of 20’s is very important and may act as an essential factor to make us look young at an older age.
Age of 30’s: This is the age when skin starts losing collagen, an important skin protein. Drinking lots of water and eating proper balanced diet with lots of fibre content should be made important part of one’s life at this age.
Age of 40’s and above: This is the time when one should be more careful about their skin because at this age it attains wrinkles due to which skin loses its healthiness. People of this age should include lots of fruits, vegetables and minerals in their diet.
